Hello laltobelli, 

Here is an article on unable to send or receive faxes with some trouble shooting steps to try and resolve the issue.  If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Cannot send or receive faxes

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

 

I have a Versalink C415 (not available in the pull down) and I cannot send or receive faxes.  I followed the instructions here: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/product/versalink-c415/content/162872 but i still cannot send or receive faxes.

Any ideas?
