Hello Vlad1,

There were some Microsoft changes for multi factor authentication that started on October 1st. When did the Scan to Email stop working? I would recommend calling Support for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797.

Cannot send scan by email and printer interface too slow

trying to send a scan via domain.com.mail.protection.outlook.com 25 and it doesn't work
And is it normal for the interface to be slow like in the video? the firmware is the latest versiophoto_2022-09-30_16-58-52.jpg
