Cannot setup Fax forwarding on Workcentre 5632

Thanks. Thanks does show that my firmware is not current. Should I be able to update te firmware on my own? My system is not under a service contract and I prefer to maintain myself.

Trying to setup fax forwarding to a network file folder. I don't see the menu choice on the machine console or web server interface.

My config shows embedded fax is "enabled".

Image of config below (hopefully it is readable). Not sure if I need to enable something else, update system firmware (tried with online downloads but says not compatible with device), or if this feature is even possible with my system.
