Cant Print or Scan - Workcenter 6605

Dear,

 

i can't no more scn or print with my xeroxworcenter 6605.

 

The scanning lamp just stays on the right side after turn on.

when i try to scan or copy, nothing happen.

 

I can still print from a computer.

But Scan-copy doesn't. The feeder doesn't move also.

 

no error message

Hi johanza,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please turn the machine off and unplug the power cord.  Make sure the power cord is plugged into a dedicated outlet with no surge protector or extension cord just for this test.  Once it is plugged directly to the power outlet turn the machine back on and see if you can scan or copy.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

It still continues.
I can't find how to contact the support.
The Website brings me to an infinite loop without giving me the phone number or mail contact adress or form...

Hi johanaza,

On the link I provided select worldwide contacts and select Western Europe from the drop down list then in the field to the right that says Please Select click no the box and select France.  It will show you the contact information for France.
