Cant able to scan from network

Hi, 

A little bit problem is more here,, please tell me how much RAM will supported Xerox Workcenter 5735 ??

i have 512MB RAM in my xerox workcenter 5735,, i want to increase RAM because machine take to much TIME to transferring file via FTP, can i install 4GB module in my machine? or 2 GB for fast processing or fast transferring file via FTP Network, or is there anyway other way to fast transferring file via FTP???

please reply as soon as possible........

It is difficult. You must replace the entire scanner and SBC PWB (motherboard) and you need the Color Scan Enablement Code.

but please tell me how can i install coloured option in my machine??? is it possible to turn this machine into coloured machine??? i think it would be a motherboard change or something else??

Ok. Your machine did not have color scan option.

For the moment I cannot see your picture. But if 150 is marcked on that label, yes is with color scan.

Open the front cover and look lower-left to the developer module (that one with the toner) and you will see the TAG list.

please tell me where i can see exect location of mod tag area sheet in under machine cover?? which side cover and if i found these code in my machine, is it mean that i have coloured option or found mean not???

Hi,

Color scanner on this machine can be identify by MOD TAG 150 (see first picture) marked on a label inside the machine or by presence of a little board attached on the network board (second picture).
