Just find something. Try this:

Change settings in Customer Tools.
 
1)Enter Customer Tools
2) Select 'System settings'
3) Select 'Document Handler Size Sensing'
4) Follow the instructions on the screen.

they why it get to ok when i reinstall the firmware via USB?? Although it works only few hours but what kind of setting is behind there???

Hi,

I think you have a harware problem with DADH. There is no procedure to reset settings to DADH

one another issue has raised in my machine,,,

how to reset Document feeder scanning sensing setting??

my feeder scanning sensing is not showing A4 size page, its showing only A5, 4x6, i have faced issue few weeks ago then i installed software (061.132.221.21403) via USB. after installation i was able to document feeder scanning sensing A4 size in my machine. Now problem is again in my machine, i cant do it all the time because it takes to much time, please resolve my issue on permanent bases, 

is there option to reset those setting or detect my A4 size in machine.

Please tell me ASAP..........

thanks a lot, 

another issue is ready from my self :)

Sir my xerox 5735 takes 2 pages at a time while scanning from feeder.

please tell me its urgent, i want to scan my whole file approximate 100 pages, but it not take one by one page, 2 pages pull the feeder roller, 

please resolve my issue

Hi,

Try to make a direct connection between machine and computer/laptop to eliminate the network. If works and you use a router replace the router.

Hi,

 i am facing another problem :( sorry again and again and again, but i cant understand what is the issue, when i plug my network cable my xerox machine getting restarted after 4 to 5 minutes automatically........... i have changed the network cable but problem is still there... any idea please????????????
