I,ve aleready resolve the problem - scan to e-mail ( error 016-764 ). it was quite tricky. My router have main gate 192.2XX.XX.XX. For some reaseason Xerox SC2020 set up machines ip on 162.2XX.XX.XX (?). Printing via LAN was working. Set up manually Machines IP 192.2XX.XX.XX and its working just fine right now.

Hello Rembis,

I would recommend making sure you are up to day on your latest firmware. Where this is a Fuji Xerox product, I don't have a lot of info on it. You may need to contact your local Support group.

Operating System: Windows 10

Hello

I have xerox sc2020. Scan to mail wont work for some reason (fault code 016-764)

Mail provider: dhosting.pl or webh.email (tried both)

Machines email addres: xrx@dpoczta.pl

smtp server addres 195.88.50.185

smtp server port 587

SMTP auth (auto)

login name xrx@dpoczta.pl

password: checked its good

 

what might be the problem??
