Hello Farley Hickman, 

I searched the knowledge base and the online user guide and couldn't find anything about changing the fax line to only allow out going faxes and not incoming.  I can only suggest that you call into the support department for more assistance 1-800-821-2797.

Change fax line setting from Outgoing and Incoming to Outgoing only

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I have a customer with a B405 that wants to change to fax configuration from Send and Receive (Outgoing and Incoming) to Send Only (Outgoing Only). I log in as admin at the device, go to the Device App>Apps>Fax App and then try to select Line Setting where it shows Outgoing and Incoming. The machine just beeps and doesn't do anything. Can't change the setting. I tried on a C405 in my home office. Same behavior. Can't find anything in web UI

How can the fax line settings be change to only allow outgoing faxes.
