Thank you Joe. I must have gone in there 50 times but did not see it before and then. . . . it was there. Was one of those days I guess.

Its on mine under Machine Status > Tools . Service Settings > Feature Defaults > Set Copy Defaults

Changing Copy feature defaults on the 5755

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Product is the 5755 WorkCentre MFP. When I log into Tools Mode as Admin I am unable to locate the area where Copy Defaults can be changed as I can on the other Workcenter copiers. I want to change things like: Image Quality to Text rather than Photo and Text, or change the Darkness default to a higher or lower number, or change the default to two-sided ouput rather than one-sided. Anyone know where this feature is? or does it not exist for this product?
