Setup has worked fine for a year. Today it fails with inscrutable "Invoke Link Failed" message instead of printing. Scanning to a file still works.
Xerox makes a few different models, you have to specify what device you are talking about on the forum
So the scanner has no issue, that message is displayed with the Nuance or Visioneer software?
The software is provided by Xerox. I have no idea which bit is producing the error message as it doesn't identify itself. But the XEROX SCANMATE 3220 FAILS TO PRINT. Hope I have made that clear...

But the Documate 3220 has no print or copy capability, it is scan only, which is why it is listed on Xeroxscanners.com
And they have their own support structure for issues with their products, including their own Knowledgebase.
Xerox in no way supports the scanners, Visioneer does
