Clones 1-Touch Apps but Do Not Work

Product Name: VersaLink B7025/B7030/B7035
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Hello,

 

I have a around 15 VersaLink B7030's with the latest Firmware. I am using one of them as the "master" device. I setup network scanning by creating Contacts in the address book for each scan folder (around 20). I then created 1-Touch Apps for each contact scan. 

I created a clone file that clones everything on the device. I then insatlled the clone file on another Versalink B7030 and it clones the 1-Touch Apps as well. However, they all give an error stating that it is unable to start. Do 1-Touch Apps not get cloned? 

Is there a better way to setup scanning to network folders that would support cloning?

I honestly do not want to have to manually edit each device.

None of the support articles provide any ifnormation to see if cloning One-Touch apps is possible.

It saved with a clone so it is supported, but a onetoch is a shortcut to something else, and if the something else isn't there, the onetouch can't work. I would have to assume then that whatever the apps were created from are not there on the new device (Email from the address book, scan to location etc,
