Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you unplug the machine and wait a full 2 minutes before plugging the machine back in. If this does not clear the message please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
We have two colorqube 8700's that were having some issues with the UI freezing up and having to reboot. Xerox tech came out installed upated software and all was good.
NOW, 3 weeks later, the machines are stuck on the "Please wait...System restarting" screen. i am able to access the web services via IP but cannot use the remote UI like before. It will not let you use power switch. The users both told me they unplugged and plugged back in and still no luck with system booting.
I am able to send test prints to the prints and they go through.
both machines running software versions: 071.161.203.23400
Any suggestions? this connectkey software has been a huge headache overall...
