Carlos,
Thank you for reminding me about incompatible USB drives. In the past I had the same issue and changing USB drives worked. Hopefully I will remember this time ;-)
Hello, I did several tests and got the solution.
I used a Kingston pendrive it worked out, probably the printer will not some pendrive.
I had some incompatibility with fw but I tested all I could and what worked was the (mamba-system-spar-sw-sw # 07116022310700 #) I created a folder called AltBoot on the pendrive and put the FW and la plus the file FORCED_UPGRADE and it worked .. I hope they help you.
Hugs
Hi,
In the AltBoot folder (named like this with A and B in upercase) put a file named FORCED_UPGRADE (all in upercase).

Hey Carlos,
Did you try with a previous version of the FW ? There has been multiply people that have reported that they were having problems (Not with this model) when attempting to update FW. They were able to go back to the original FW. Sometimes the HDD that is in the device might be the problem.
If that fails, I would contact your service provider and see if you can get a technician to take a closer look.
Hello, I was updating my current firmware (071.160.xxxxx) to firmeware (0.72.XXx.XXX ...) .. but it did not work. now the printer is restarting and entering the update screen but it does not finish and restart the update process resumes but does not finish .. the service is in loop and I can not but turn the printer on. I wanted to see with you if there is a process for me to format the machine? Thank you
