ColorQube 8900X Internet Fax Login Error - Testing from Centreware OK

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi folks.

When I attempt to fax to an email address from the ColorQube 8900X, the SMTP transfer report reads:

FAILED  Login failure.  Check user password and/or setups.

I defined the POP3 and SMTP settings through Centreware.  The SMTP test ran successfully.  I can also login to the email using the account I created for the printer.

We do not have an inhouse Exchange server; we're using Comcast Business Class's hosted email / Exchange server, so beyond creating email accounts I have little control there.  We also have a third-party web application that sends emails through Comcast without a problem.

The settings:

SMTP Address:  smtp.comcast.net:25  (Comcast recommends smtp.hmc1.comcast.net, but that didn't work when testing; I'm successfully using smtp.comcast.net in the app mentioned above.)

Thanks in advance for any help!
