Today, due to some scanning issues we've been experiencing following some major changes to our network, we decided to update our Xerox ColorQube 9303's firmware from version 071.180.203.05402 to the latest version, 072.180.004.09101. It did not succeed, our machine is now stuck constantly trying to power on and it never fully succeeds. I've been very patient with it, being unwilling to unplug it due to the sensitive nature of firmware... but it's not changing, and we're well past the 30-40 minutes that it recommends.
