What are your NTFS and Share permissions set for the user account you have programmed in the Xerox device. It doesn't seem like its has enough rights.

Colorcube 9303 SMB scan issue

I had problem with CQ 9303, when i migrating to Win2012
When I attempt to scan a folder called "CQ001.lck" and a file called "lockinfo.dat" are created
