Hello jcanenguez,

I searched our Knowledgebase and found that this is a No Printhead Stall In Standby Message and to make sure the printer has an adequate power source.

Colorqube 8900 Error code 091-720

Product Name: ColorQube 8900
Operating System: Windows 10

This is the first time the printer displays error code that I can't fix. Can't recive or send fax nor print and scan. 

 

Currently is displaying

Ready to scan. Copying and Printing not available.

System Fault. Error code 091-720

What can i do any suggestions.
