Thank you for using the Support Forum. As I said previously I really think you need to have a Xerox technician out to look at the machine. If that is not possible then please contact the sales person to see if they can trade out the machine.

I have colorqube machines now for about 2 month's in operation and talked to Dutch support about high FAN noise the machine make. They told me that I had to open the machine up from the back and just bend the little metal where the Fan is installed on to let the noise go away.
These machines are brand new and why do I as customer have to bend the metal where the fan is fixed to on all my machines to let the noise go away. Is this not a production error of those machines or are there other fans now to be installed that keep them up and running without fan noise issues?
