Go through the attached pdf, if it still fails you could have a firmware that is too old to work with the specified SMB folder OS (Server 2008-2012) . Also remember if using domain credentials for the share the username will be either domain\username or username@domain.

What firmware is the device running and what Operating System is the computer your trying to scan to?

Colorqube 9302 File Repository Setup

I have been trying to set up the scanning mode on my offices colorquve 9302 and when I go to click Add New on the File Repository Setup under Workflow Scanning sub on Services the "Add New" button is unclickable even logged in as the admin. ive tried resetting the device and changed the port to 445. ive got the scan to communicate with the computer but then it gives me a login error and says user name and password are inccorect.
