Colorqube 9302 margin issue

Hi,

We have a 9302 recently installed in the office. The problem is every document that is scanned comes out missing its edges. We have tried reducing margins, auto center etc but it makes no difference. I have reduced the edge to 0.0 on the copier but ti no avail. Below is a screen shot of whats happening. Notice the arrows on the right are missing their point.
