Hi Jude,

If it is happening on everything then please make sure you have the latest firmware for the machine.  You can find the current firmware level on the drivers and download page for your machine.  If you do not have the current firmware please install it.  If you already have the latest firmware then you will need to please contact your support centre for further assistance.

It happens on all the jobs send from the PC's be it word,excel or pdf

Hi Jude,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Does this happen on all jobs sent to the machine? Or does it only happen from certain computers or when printing from certain programs?  Please let me know and we can go from there.

Colorqube print status

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Machine CQ9203 does not show page number while printing.

e.g- if printing 5th page of 50 pages it will show 0/50 while in other Xerox mc it will show 5/50.............Upgraded machine to latest software no change.

 

Please suggest any solution.
