Just to update on this, for anyone in the future.
Print to Email confirmation is broken in all V103 firmwares in C8055.
We had to DownGrade to version 101.002.019.20200
I beleive it might be due to the fact that Xerox internally is using Print Driver Type 4 to test the configuration, which is missing such future.
The Fax Confirmation to e-Mail is only present in Printer Driver Type 3.
Although it's solved on my end due to downgrade, xerox needs to look into testing their newer firmware with all print driver features.

I have an issue of receiving any confirmation emails when using Print dialogue with Fax job and setting Confirmation to Send to eMail
SMTP is configured, tested and working. Scan to eMail works.
Any help is appreciated.
I even downloaded the Network Logs and see no SMTP connection attempts by the printer. So it's some setting inside the printer or problem with firmware, I'm on the latest firmware
