I have a customer that has 2 Altalink C8000 series devices (along with 2 Versalink B/C7000). They have scan to email working. They don't have and LDAP server and do not want to manage local address books. They use office 365 and have installed the Connect to Exchange Online. This gives them access to the online version of their global address book. They do not want users to have to log in to use Connect to Exchange Online. They have created a general account that is used solely to send email from their MFDs. Is there a way to configure the App to use stored credentials so that the users can access that general account without having to log in at the machine UI.
My assumption is that the app cannot used stored credentials, but I wanted to get verification.
The links for documentation on the App Galery app don't seem to work so I haven't been able to research more on my own.

That is correct. Credentials can not be hardcoded into the App. You might send an email to "Feedback" from within the Xerox App Gallery to suggest a Feature Enahancement to the App.
