I realize this question may result in being referred to Nuance's support site, but Nuance has not been able to diagnose the problem we are having.
We upgraded our server to Windows Server 2008, then 2012, and are using the latest version of ScanFlowStore (v 6.5).
When a user presses the ScanFlowStore button at the Xerox 7545, sometimes the machine will throw an error message saying:
'cannot reach http://10.0.0.251:80/qeip/default.aspx'
and SFS will not work. Usually it responds again after a few minutes.
It happens occasionally, but since we use SFS a LOT each day, it's affecting productivity.
Has anyone else experienced this and solved it?
