To connect to the machine web page use I.E. or Edge. Chrome is known to have that behavior, but i know it is solved in the latest firmware:
Gabi
That is correct. Also, I get a connection error when trying to connect to PCs on the network from the machine itself. As far as I can tell, the gateway is set up. The machine has an IP address, but when I attempt to connect to it I get an error and am unable to do anything. Some photos for refernce..Hope it helps.
so you are saying you are unable to bowse to the webinterface of the machine?
have you setup the correct gateway on the xerox itself?
We just set up this printer in our office, and are able to sucessfully print from all 3 connected computers; however, we cannot get it to connect to either computer to scan.
In the settings it says the connection to the WiFi is good and connected. Each computer shows the printer online and connected. Each computer can print any document with the printer, but when I try to connect to the IP address of the printer it is unable to connect. When I try to set up a connection to scan documents to the desktop, the printer has a connection error.
Nothing I've tried seems to work. I'm wondering if I'm missing a step somewhere. And, yes, all devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
