Thank you for your patience. You have checked the known issues and they do not resolve your problem, I have re-searched our internal technician forums and also found no match to your issue.
This would indicate to me that the service technician is not having problems resolving this problem so If you have tried the known user solutions then it may be an part that requires a service technician to replace like a faulty sensor or switch by the door etc.

I am aware of these steps for fixing the paper jam. The issue is the there is *always* a paper jam when sending a job to the printer...once the jam is fixed it finishes the job, but on the next job, first page, paper jam again...

If your device is displaying the message 'Duplex Jam 1 Open/Close Door Message: Paper Jam in the Duplex Area' please check this solution 1: Clear the Paper Jam from the Duplex Unit Area. It contains several steps and images displaying how to clear the paper jam. Check to make sure there aren't any slivers of paper from a previous jam that have not been removed correctly. This could also be causing the issue.

My WorkCentre 3220 printer is constantly experiencing paper jam while duplex printing. I have to open and close the door to bypass it. I have no idea why this is happenning but is becoming harder to manage. Any tips?
