When a staff member tries to make copies, it almost never (most recently) comes out in the slot it is supposed to.
One or more come out in multiple places where there is a lid covering, so the error message pops up, it is gnarled, wrinkled and ink is messy. And it will also print out in another area, hole punched! This is new.
We are fairly new to these machines, have not been too happy with them, and just want to know what the problem(s) could be, or if it's an easy fix we can do on our end.
We have been shutting it off, unplugging and rebooting, but now we are forced to do this everyday so it will act in working order. For at least half a day.
Any suggestions appreciated!
