Had this error as well, Same Combo of 7845's and Equitrac.
Figured it out.
What you have to do is change a setting withing network accounting workflow. Change the Copy workflow from "Pre-Authorization and capture useage". To. just "Capture Useage".
Worke a treat for me.

My 75xx with EQ configured still displays option to configure Job built.
Hi Rui thanks for the reply, but its an issue when Equitrac is installed on the device for some reason the options are greyed out, i have another partner that has the same issue, so not sure if its Equitrac or Xerox where the issue may reside.

if you log in as admin into the device do you have the option available?
What firmware version are you running on?
I have 7556 and the job build and sample sets options are grey out for all users, we have had equitrac recently installed but can not see why this would affect these options
