Copy non-standard size document to A4 on WorkCentre 5020

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you are choosing the original size before copying.  The Document Glass does not auto detect the size of the document.  Have you tried using the document feeder?  You will need to use the feeder with where the size is auto detected or if using the glass set the original size before copying.  If this does not fix the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Hi.

I use Xerox WorkCentre 5020 in office.

I need solve that task: I have non-stadrad size document - 210x305 mm (this doc was recieved by fax) and I want make copy this document to A4 paper.

Manual states: "If you have non-standard size documents, use the Document Glass ..." 

I place document on glass and set scale 80%. In result i get reduced copy, but  edges is cut off -  device copying only A4 area of original document, not whole document. 

How can I set size of original doc placed on glass for copying?
