If the iisue is present just in copy mode it is a scanner problem and you will need to replace it.

I have a copying problem with our workcentre 3345 printer. The picture looks noisy?

If i print there is no problem.

I tried to reinstall the driver but the problem is still active....

Can any1 help me please?
