Copy / scan issue with Xerox WorkCentre 3220

Hi there,

 

I'm encountering a problem when using the copy / scan functionality of my XEROX WorkCentre 3220.

The output of scanned and copied documents look like the zoom is set over 100%, that means that the document content doesn't fit to the selected paper size. When I scan an A4 document it is printed on A4 paper but the output looks like it would need an A3 format -> the font is oversized & stretched and half of the document is displayed.

This doesn't occur when using the printing functionality, just when I start to scan or copy a document.

I already contacted the phone support, I also installed a firmware and a software update, none of that was successful.

Also the printer settings seem to be okay, the zoom function is set to 100%.

Can anyone help me solving this problem please?
