Hi Gabi.
We opened the bypass tray after checking under it and the baffle, no issues. It printed after just opening up the bypass tray! Which doesn't make sense because the results came out the other side (like they should), but it is working now, and I can't thank you enough! We are small staff but thankful this could get worked out and back to printing.
many thanks!!
Hi,
Fisrt try the bypass tray to see if the issue is the same.
Check under the bypass tray as picture below if the sensor work well (it is possible to be disloged) or if the metal baffle is not bent
Also check the feed rollers from each paper tray.
Gabi

Regarding the Notifications/Fault History, it lists about 20 issues, all with the same date of yesterday, when we were trying to make copies, but it does not contain any literature.
All the fault codes are different, but all the image counts are the same, 25646.
Hi,
What fault codes are in the Notifications/Fault History?
Gabi
Good Afternoon.
C8045: Papers to copy, top load: results are getting shifted to coming out the left side of the machine, crumpled up, and getting jammed, then we are having to reboot machine every time, to get it back on track.
Top-loading papers to copy is no longer working. It was (is) the preferred method of copying, as results aren't as good when placing papers to copy under the lid.
Thank you in advance for any troubleshooting tips, fixes, etc...
VR,
