Try to remove the paper tray and the bypass tray and to clean the feed rollers with a cloth dampened with watter.

My client had a problem copying documents. He had an entire briefcase to copy. The opening pages were fine, but the longer he copied, the more frequently the paper jams occurred. Is it possible that something started to go wrong due to overheating of the device? The sheet weight is within the printer's tolerance range.
