Copying not working

Product Name: WorkCentre 6505
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

MY workcentre copying function is not working. The scanner appears to get stucked in the beginning/top of the page. However, the scanner does not have any problem with scanning a document to the computer. Please see attached picture for results of any copy job. I ran MacOS Mojave 10.14. Is there a need to upgrade firmware for workcentre? How can I do that from Mac??
