In CWIS select the Scan tab and just create one (mailbox) to use that is either public or private by selecting Create Folder.
It is very self explanatory, so please attempt it and then if you need further help , explain the issue in depth, otherwise I am simply just regurgitation the Xerox online support assistant entries for "enabling Scan to mailbox" and "How to create a private folder or mailbox"
