Create and import .csv file into the Lanfax Phonebook of Xerox 7845

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I need step by step instructions on how to set up my address book to send out lanFax. I have 284 fax numbers that are currently saved in an excel file and .csv format. I need to save as a .xpb and software has changed from my old instructions.

 

I have document opened, printer properties, Go to the advanced tab, preferences, fax set up and then from there nothing seems to work. I have tried selecting Edit Phonebook and only export is highlighted.
