Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the information for creating a scan template.  In the scan template you can set up the parameters for the scan.  As for the group for the email recipients please take a look at the online support for the Xerox J75 for information on the address book and how to use it.  If this information does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Custom Scanning Presets

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I want to create a custom preset for scanning on a color j75 press, so that i can quickly change multiple parameters from their  defaults without having to scroll through the tabs and reset them all every time I have to scan something.

 

It would likewise be helpful if i could define a group of email recipents to receive the scans without having to enter in the addresses every time as well.

 

I looked through both the user manual for the device and the user interface on the machine itself and could not find an option for creating a custom preset.

 

Does such an option exist?
