What steps do you mean?

I've upgraded via Software Upgrade Utility and followed the instuctions in included file. All installed fine without any errors.

Today i've downgrade firmware to 100.001.057.09609 and problem dissapered.

Did you follow THESE STEPS when performing your firmware upgrade?

You can try re-setting up the network scanning by following THESE STEPS .

Cyrillic scan folder failure after firmware upgrade

Hello,

Yesterday i've upgrade firmware for C8030 from 100.XXX.XXX to 101.001.008.27400

After that i have a problem with scaning to built-in folders named cyrillic simbols. Folder is empty after scaning and have strange name.321.JPG

Before upgrade all was fine. 

When i scan to cyrillic folder my "Jobs list" fully clearing.
