The scanning function on this particular network-connected B205 had been working up until today when the user of the printer received a "DNS server no reachable" error. The device is connected to our internal Ethernet network (no wireless).
What we've done:
1. Reviewed the printer configuration web page and all confirmed settings. All good.
2. Confirmed that we can ping all three DNS servers in our environment. Nothing changed.
Not sure where to take this next. Any assistance would be appreciated.
