DP 700 Won't scan to server

the fiery controller :) you can power off that one seperatly , or restart if from the command workstation

I'll apply the patches and let you know what I come up with. what do you mean by rip?

have you tried rebooting the machine and rip ?

have you applied all EFI patches?

When I scan to PC (Server) I get no single beep to indicate the process has finished. Also, there is nothing on the server from the Fiery remote scan. The press gets to the Transferring part of the process and times out at 0%. Cables are plugged in and we've reset both the server AND the Press.

The error code it gives is 016-576.

It's not in the manual though. The Fault page I printed says "Server connection error in FTP". What does this mean? The printer starts up fine and prints the test page with no troubles. This feature was working a few days ago.
