Do you even know what a bias transfer roller is? I fail to see how it would have ANY effect on a scanned image.

If you have already replaced the Bias Transfer Roll, then I do not have anything else I can suggest. You would need to call Support for more assistance: 1-800-821-2797

I found an article in the Knowledgebase that may help you troubleshoot your issue.
I am getting a dark band down the left side of my scans and copies. This is happening both on the glass and document feeder. It is even there if I scan a plain white piece of paper. I have looked at the glass and the scanning head, but I can't see anything untoward.
