Dear All;
I have an issue about transfering data after my device scan them. The mentioned procedure is very slow while its transfer time was right after scan time a few days ago. My PC is VDI (thin client) and I've checked the network & the version of my One Touch is working fine.
Do not hesitate to ask further questions for solving my issue.
