Operating System: Windows 10

Hello support!
I have question regarding Date and Time setting at WorkCentre3045B.

After scanning to the USB Dongle, PDF document is created but with wrong Date/Time
example >> img-28180611.pdf 28/04/2009 <<
Then it's living Hell to find right scan on my hard drive :-((

I'm not able to find Date/Time setting on Xerox display panel. None setting like this is available in system administration at WorkCentre3045B! This model has not Ethernet of Wifi, only USB connection to the Compouter is available.
Is it problem with corrupted firmware? Below I'm sending screen with detail description of my Xerox Machine.
Does WorkCentre3045B contain any backup Battery inside?
What to do.......?
