Please take a look at this article for setting copy defaults. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Default number of copies

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Our school office has an AltaLink C8055.

When making copies, the default number is set at 5. This results in many teahcers hitting "COPY" without looking and thus printing 5 copies when all that was wanted was 1.

We want to change this default from 5 to 1. But we don't know how to do it.
