Hi Rayw,

Here are the instruction on how to print a configuration report.

The Configuration Report provides product information including, installed options, network settings, port setup, tray information, and more.

Printing a Configuration Report

  1. At the printer control panel, press the Home button.
  2. Touch Device > About > Information Pages.
  3. Touch Configuration Report.
  4. To return to the Home screen, press the Home button.
Thanks,

How do I find the IP address? Will this fix the wifi? Also what do I do about the default password? I am now locked out.

Hi,

Most of the issues with non printing jobs and „Offline” messages are from driver settings.

First check to see if  there is no job in the print queue (delete any job if exist).

Check the port to be on TCP/IP and not WSD. MS convert the port to WSD. If it is so, click right on the print driver and click on „Printer Properties”, click on „Ports” tab, click on „Add port”, select „Standard TCP/IP port” , click on „New port” and set an IP and in the next window click „Finish”.

After that click again on ''Ports'' tab click on "Configure port" and change from  RAW to LPR, at the Queue name write "lp" and be sure to unchecked "LPR Byte Counting Enable" and "SNMP Status Enabled".

Default password does not work after bios update.

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Update my Workcentre 6515D to the latest bios yesterday. Now login with admin and default password no longer works. Never changed password on the printer but always had 1111. I tried to reset to factory default but it did not get any better for it.

What to do?
