Thanks for the response. I've heard "working as intended" from developers a number of times on things that I thought should have been SPARS but ended up being FERs.
I'll see if one of my former analyst coworkers would mind submitting an FER.
Nope, can't be done on Versalink products,
We (2nd level support) tried to escalate it as broken (a SPAR) and they declined it as "Working as intended"
Installed a new C7020 (System SW 57.31.81). Trying to find setting to automatically delete/clear the email recipient after the email is sent. I know where this is on ConnectKey and AltaLink, but can't seem to find it on the VersaLink products. Is this option available? If so, how/where is it configured?
