Thank you but I don't think I can call that phone number as I am in Australia. I think the number is for the US only.

Hello CP3, 

Sorry about the link not working here are the instructions. If this is not what you are looking for please consider calling into our support department for futher assistance @ 1-800- 821-2797

  1. Select [Setup] on the Services Home screen.
  2. Select [Add Address Book Entry]. 
    1. NOTE: If registering or changing destinations on the address book by local users is restricted, you cannot register the destination on the address book from [Setup] on the Services Home screen. Ask your system administrator.
  3. Select the speed dial to delete.
    1. Select [Show Registered Entries] from the drop-down menu to only display the registered speed dials.
    2. Select [up arrow] to return to the previous screen or [down arrow] to move to the next screen.
    3. Entering a 4-digit number displays the selected speed dial at the top of the list.
  4. Select [Delete Entry].
  5. Select [Delete] on the confirmation screen.
    1. IMPORTANT:Deleted information cannot be restored.
  6. Select [Close] repeatedly until the Services Home screen is displayed. 
    1. When you configure settings under [System Settings] or [Setup] and then press the button, the screen directly goes back to the Services Home screen.

I searched our knowledge base and found and article on how to delete destination on a address book this is the closest thing I could find.   I hope this help, if not pleas consider calling into our support department @ 1-800-821-2797.

Tammy, thank you for your reply.  11111 worked.  Could you please advise how I can now delete scan to PC address book entries for staff no longer working in our office?

Depending on the model of your device, the admin password could be either you serial number or 11111, are you able to provide the model if this doens't work for you.

Delete scan to PC address book entries

Hi, I want to delete scan to PC address book entries for staff no longer working in our office and from searching this site it appears I  need to log in as system administrator. I don't remember setting this up and have tried all possibilities for the password including the default which, I believe, is the serial number of the machine.  Nothing has worked and the only other suggestion I can find is to reset the machine to factory settings which would be impractical.  Hoping someone can help with how to get in as system administrator or is there another way I can delete users from the scan address book?  thank you
