We have a Xerox Phaser 4510 printer. It has 3 trays which we fill with different colored paper. The Windows 7 PC is connected via USB.
We created 3 printers within windows, each corresponding to a different tray. Everything worked properly for a few months, now whatever tray we assign to the printers is ignored and a seemingly random tray is used.
Creating a new printer with a new driver didn't help. Any thoughts?
