I just found an app on the Xerox called ID Card Copy which sounds just like what the customer is asking for. It was disabled so I enabled it and asked the customer to try it out. Hopefully it will be just what they want.

Thanks for your reply but I don't understand how selecting a specific paper tray for paper source is going to allow the MFD to photocopy small things like a drivers license.

Customer is unable to photocopy small things like ID cards and drivers licenses. The VersaLink C505 tells them it can't recognize the smaller size. So they have to take the smaller item to a sheet of paper and then copy it.

Is there a way to get around this?
