Distinctive ringtone not working with fax line

I installed and looking for new device that installs free ringtones.

It was such a bad idea, I realized that ringtones can only be played on mobile devices.

I searched the Knowledgebase, and was not able to find any info on the distinctive ringtones. I would recommend contacting support however, it sounds like that is something you have already tried.

Hello friends!
Replaced my oldest brother in a fax machine with Xerox 3215. I have two separate phone lines and phone numbers (special ringtones) on my second line. We called Xerox twice and spent more than 3 hours with them in total online. If the fax is active, the second phone line (coil line) will also receive the fax. Special ringtone is a short short. We found some guides online, follow them and it still doesn't work. I need both phone lines to act as phone lines and fax to work as fax. ATT was born and they said all their lines were working, getting a new machine from another manufacturer. Printers and scanners work well. I need a fax to work. Very disappointing. HELP!!
